【摘要】："雙創(chuàng)型"成人教育是一種面向成人學(xué)習(xí)者的教育,其目標(biāo)在于培養(yǎng)成人學(xué)習(xí)者的創(chuàng)新意識(shí),提升成人學(xué)習(xí)者的創(chuàng)新能力。"雙創(chuàng)型"成人教育已經(jīng)成為提升民族創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和創(chuàng)新能力的重要途徑。目前,我國(guó)高校內(nèi)的"雙創(chuàng)型"成人教育存在資金投入不足、辦學(xué)力量薄弱、辦學(xué)熱情不高以及效益與責(zé)任不相匹配的問(wèn)題。造成這些問(wèn)題的原因主要有對(duì)成人教育的定位認(rèn)識(shí)不清,體制、機(jī)制建設(shè)滯后甚至僵化,不能依據(jù)社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)人才的需求進(jìn)行人才培養(yǎng)以及對(duì)成人教育整體認(rèn)識(shí)的不科學(xué)等。有鑒于此,高校在發(fā)展"雙創(chuàng)型"成人教育的過(guò)程中要堅(jiān)持科學(xué)的發(fā)展理念,科學(xué)定位其成人教育的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),有效整合各類教育資源,加強(qiáng)體制、機(jī)制建設(shè)等提升我國(guó)高校"雙創(chuàng)型"成人教育的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:"mass entrepreneurship and innovation" adult education is a kind of education for adult learners, whose goal is to cultivate adult learners' innovative consciousness and improve their creative ability. " Mass entrepreneurship and innovation adult education has become an important way to promote national innovation consciousness and ability. At present, the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" adult education in colleges and universities in our country has the problems of insufficient capital investment, weak strength of running schools, low enthusiasm for running schools and mismatch between efficiency and responsibility. The main reasons for these problems are that the orientation of adult education is not clear, the construction of system and mechanism is lagged or even rigid, the talents can not be trained according to the needs of social development, and the overall understanding of adult education is not scientific. In view of this, colleges and universities should adhere to the scientific development concept in the process of developing "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" adult education, scientifically orientate their adult education personnel training goals, effectively integrate all kinds of educational resources, and strengthen the system. Mechanism construction to improve the quality of mass entrepreneurship and innovation adult education in colleges and universities in China.
