【摘要】：學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)建設(shè)給成人教育帶來全新的發(fā)展良機(jī),而成人教育又促進(jìn)了學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)建設(shè)。內(nèi)涵建設(shè)作為成人教育的內(nèi)在實(shí)力,是核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素。針對(duì)成人教育事業(yè)發(fā)展過程中暴露出的種種問題與矛盾,必須加強(qiáng)成人教育內(nèi)涵建設(shè),提升成人教育人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量與水平。為此,可通過與時(shí)俱進(jìn)革新成人教育理念與觀念、結(jié)合現(xiàn)代科技促進(jìn)成人教育教學(xué)模式和方法多元化、加強(qiáng)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、提高教師隊(duì)伍專業(yè)素養(yǎng)等途徑,有效提升成人教育內(nèi)涵建設(shè),增強(qiáng)成人教育的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:The construction of learning society brings a new development opportunity to adult education, and adult education promotes the construction of learning society. As the inner strength of adult education, connotation construction is the key factor of core competence. In view of the problems and contradictions exposed in the course of the development of adult education, it is necessary to strengthen the connotation construction of adult education and improve the quality and level of adult education personnel training. Therefore, we can innovate the concept and concept of adult education by keeping pace with the times, combine modern science and technology to promote the diversification of teaching modes and methods of adult education, strengthen the construction of teachers' team, and improve the professional quality of teachers' team, etc. Effectively enhance the connotation of adult education construction, enhance the market competitiveness of adult education.
