【摘要】：20世紀80年代,傳統(tǒng)的成人自由教育弊端日益凸顯,英國大學繼續(xù)教育面臨危機。在英國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需求、新職業(yè)主義思潮、政府市場化改革及相關(guān)利益群體推動等因素的引導下,大學繼續(xù)教育機構(gòu)引入職業(yè)繼續(xù)教育課程,推動了其在課程理念、內(nèi)容、組織形式、資助方式等方面的轉(zhuǎn)型。職業(yè)繼續(xù)教育課程的引入提升了大學繼續(xù)教育自主創(chuàng)新意識和競爭意識,完善了大學繼續(xù)教育課程體系,推動了師資培訓活動的開展。
[Abstract]:In the 1980's, the disadvantages of the traditional adult free education became more and more obvious, and the continuing education of British universities was facing a crisis. Under the guidance of the demand of British economic development, the trend of thought of neo-professionalism, the market-oriented reform of government and the promotion of relevant interest groups, the institutions of continuing education in universities have introduced vocational continuing education curriculum, which has promoted the curriculum concept and content. The transformation of organization form, financing method and so on. The introduction of vocational continuing education has promoted the consciousness of independent innovation and competition of continuing education in universities, improved the curriculum system of continuing education in universities and promoted the development of teacher training activities.
