【摘要】："5.12"地震中,因震失獨(dú)的家庭有8000余戶,政府為此出臺(tái)"再生育關(guān)懷"政策,并于2011年9月底取得3106名四川再生育嬰兒的良好社會(huì)效果。由于再生育父母與孩子年齡相差40歲以上,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過普通父輩與子輩年齡差,導(dǎo)致家庭年齡結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生斷層,出現(xiàn)了"類似隔代家庭"現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)而使得"類似隔代教育"陷入"隔代教育"與"親子教育"之間的尷尬局面。鑒于此,文章對(duì)重災(zāi)區(qū)類似隔代家庭教育進(jìn)行深入研究,通過問卷調(diào)查、個(gè)案訪談以及查閱現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn),對(duì)該區(qū)類似隔代家庭教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜合分析。結(jié)果表明:伴隨政策實(shí)施6年來,重災(zāi)區(qū)類似隔代家庭在孩子成長(zhǎng)教育中存在年齡代溝、教育觀念守舊、缺乏情感溝通與引導(dǎo)、父母對(duì)孩子期望過高等潛在問題,以此希望為政府出臺(tái)"5.12"后續(xù)相關(guān)政策提供客觀依據(jù),進(jìn)而促進(jìn)重災(zāi)區(qū)再生育兒童健康成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:In the May 12 earthquake, there were more than 8000 families who lost their independence because of the earthquake. The government issued the policy of "caring for the Re-childbearing" for this reason, and in the end of September 2011, it obtained the good social effect of 3106 re-born babies in Sichuan. Since the age difference between parents and children is more than 40 years, which is far greater than the age difference between the parents and the children, the age structure of the family is broken, and the phenomenon of "similar generations of families" appears. Thus, "similar education" falls into the awkward situation between "intergenerational education" and "parent-child education". In view of this, the article carries on the thorough research to the similar alternate generation family education in the heavy disaster area, through the questionnaire survey, the case interview and the consultation existing literature, carries on the comprehensive analysis to the similar alternate generation family education present situation in this area. The results show that following the implementation of the policy for 6 years, there are some potential problems such as age gap in children's upbringing education, lack of emotional communication and guidance, parents' high expectations for their children, and so on. In this way, we hope to provide the objective basis for the government to issue the "5.12" follow-up policies, and then promote the healthy growth of children in the worst-hit areas.
