【摘要】：農(nóng)民工教育培訓(xùn)關(guān)系到國家現(xiàn)代化戰(zhàn)略的落實、推進,影響著"兩個一百年"奮斗目標的實現(xiàn)和國家社會公平與和諧環(huán)境的建設(shè)。遠程教育的優(yōu)勢和特點可以滿足農(nóng)民工群體量大、素質(zhì)差異明顯、學(xué)習(xí)需求個性化強等學(xué)習(xí)要求。文章介紹了農(nóng)民工教育培訓(xùn)的意義和現(xiàn)代遠程教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了開展農(nóng)民工遠程教育培訓(xùn)的有利因素,探討了實施農(nóng)民工遠程教育培訓(xùn)工作的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The education and training of migrant workers is related to the implementation and promotion of the national modernization strategy, and affects the realization of the goal of "two hundred years" and the construction of a fair and harmonious environment in the country. The advantages and characteristics of distance education can meet the needs of migrant workers, such as large number of groups, obvious difference in quality, strong individualization of learning needs, and so on. This paper introduces the significance of the education and training of migrant workers and the present situation of the development of modern distance education, analyzes the favorable factors for carrying out the distance education and training of migrant workers, and probes into the countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of distance education and training of migrant workers.
