基于服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)的特殊教育專業(yè)師范生實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)

【摘要】:針對職前特教教師教育課程實(shí)踐性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn),在國家特殊教育教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的框架指導(dǎo)下,以提高特殊教育專業(yè)師范生專業(yè)熱忱、自主學(xué)習(xí)能力、特殊教育實(shí)踐能力、團(tuán)隊協(xié)作能力為目標(biāo),以服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)教育模式為導(dǎo)向,通過整體規(guī)劃特殊教育專業(yè)實(shí)踐課程、開發(fā)服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)課程、優(yōu)化實(shí)踐教學(xué)隊伍組織機(jī)制構(gòu)建特殊教育專業(yè)師范生實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)體系。經(jīng)過實(shí)踐,取得了良好效果。
[Abstract]:In view of the strong practical characteristics of the special education courses of pre-service teachers, under the guidance of the national professional standards of special education teachers, this paper aims to improve the students' enthusiasm, autonomous learning ability and practical ability of special education. The goal of teamwork ability is to develop the service learning curriculum through the overall planning of the special education professional practice curriculum, taking the service learning education model as the direction, and through the overall planning of the special education specialty practice curriculum, To optimize the organization mechanism of practical teaching team to construct the training system of practical ability of normal students majoring in special education. Through practice, good results have been achieved.
