【摘要】：在構建終身教育體系和建設學習型社會背景下,建設開放大學成為我國新一輪教育改革的熱點,開放大學是我國現(xiàn)代遠程教育的發(fā)展方向。分析開放大學視野下的現(xiàn)代遠程教育,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在教學質量、對開放教育模式認識以及各類教育間的協(xié)調等方面存在嚴重問題。為此,從辦學理念、教育管理體制、發(fā)展模式、質量保證體系以及人才培養(yǎng)模式等方面創(chuàng)新構建開放大學視野下的現(xiàn)代遠程教育策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of constructing lifelong education system and building a learning society, the construction of open university has become a hot spot in the new round of education reform in China, and open university is the development direction of modern distance education in our country. By analyzing the modern distance education in the field of view of open university, it is found that there are serious problems in teaching quality, understanding of open education mode and coordination among all kinds of education. Therefore, the modern distance education strategy under the view of open university should be constructed from the aspects of school running idea, educational management system, development model, quality assurance system and talent training mode and so on.
