【摘要】：基于楊浦區(qū)獨具的優(yōu)勢區(qū)情,針對"三區(qū)融合、聯(lián)動發(fā)展"體制機制存在的問題,以社區(qū)學院為依托,通過與上海市終身教育學分銀行和上海終身學習網(wǎng)的基礎平臺相對接,上海市楊浦區(qū)在大城市社區(qū)終身教育共同體建設方面進行了有益的探索,找到了一條"明確區(qū)域定位,推進社區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型,創(chuàng)新教育模式,完善終身教育體系,服務于學習型社會,主動融入城區(qū)‘五位一體’建設"的新道路。抽樣調(diào)查與實效分析表明,全樣本滿意度均值達到3.1249;它不僅意味著我們的探索取得了很高的社會認可度,而且同時意味著社區(qū)終身教育共同體的創(chuàng)新性構(gòu)建具有重要的意義和價值。
[Abstract]:Based on the unique advantages of Yangpu District, aiming at the problems existing in the institutional mechanism of "three areas' integration and linkage development", and relying on the community colleges, through the docking with the basic platform of Shanghai lifelong Education Credit Bank and Shanghai lifelong Learning Network, Yangpu District of Shanghai has carried on the beneficial exploration in the community lifelong education community construction aspect of the big city, has found a "clear regional orientation, promotes the community transformation, innovates the education pattern, consummates the lifelong education system, serves for the study type society," Active integration into the urban 'five-in-one' construction "new road." The sample survey and actual effect analysis showed that the average satisfaction degree of the whole sample was 3.1249; It not only means that our exploration has achieved a high degree of social recognition, but also means that the innovative construction of community life-long education community has important significance and value.
