【摘要】：繼續(xù)教育管理者積極參與繼續(xù)教育管理研究,給繼續(xù)教育管理研究發(fā)展帶來(lái)了新的生機(jī)。繼續(xù)教育管理研究理念改變了繼續(xù)教育管理的工作模式、管理者的發(fā)展路徑和繼續(xù)教育研究的學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)。繼續(xù)教育管理者應(yīng)積極從事管理研究,注重科研素質(zhì)提升和能力建設(shè)。繼續(xù)教育院校應(yīng)重視繼續(xù)教育科研制度的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Continuing education managers actively participate in the research of continuing education management, which brings new vitality to the research and development of continuing education management. The concept of continuing education management has changed the working mode of continuing education management, the development path of managers and the academic ecology of continuing education research. Managers of continuing education should actively engage in management research and pay attention to the improvement of scientific research quality and ability building. Colleges and universities of continuing education should attach importance to the construction of scientific research system of continuing education.
