【摘要】：通過分析創(chuàng)新型城市建設(shè)監(jiān)測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)中的"萬名就業(yè)人口中受過高等教育人數(shù)所占比重(%)"指標(biāo)和"公眾基本科學(xué)素養(yǎng)"指標(biāo),闡述了成人教育在創(chuàng)新型社會(huì)建設(shè)中的作用,并針對(duì)成人教育在外界認(rèn)識(shí)、自身服務(wù)意識(shí)和學(xué)習(xí)目的存在的三個(gè)方面偏差,提出了成人教育的內(nèi)涵發(fā)展思路:貫徹實(shí)施成人教育三項(xiàng)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、推進(jìn)成人教育改革創(chuàng)新、加強(qiáng)德育教育,對(duì)推進(jìn)成人教育的深入發(fā)展具有一定指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the index of "the proportion of the population with higher education (%) of the 10,000 employed population" and the index of "basic scientific literacy of the public" in the monitoring and evaluation index of innovative urban construction, this paper expounds the role of adult education in the construction of an innovative society. Aiming at the three deviations of adult education in external cognition, service consciousness and learning purpose, the author puts forward the connotation development thought of adult education: carry out the three national standards of adult education, promote the reform and innovation of adult education. Strengthening moral education has certain guiding significance to promote the development of adult education.
