【摘要】：我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程的推進引起了經濟結構的調整和農村人口的轉移,是一個國家在實現工業(yè)化、現代化過程中必須經歷的社會變遷。從本質上看,城鎮(zhèn)化就是農業(yè)人口轉變?yōu)槌擎?zhèn)人口。要促使農業(yè)人口真正融入城市生活,很重要的問題就是提高農民工的綜合就業(yè)能力,即勞動力的職業(yè)教育培訓問題。這對于中國的社會穩(wěn)定和經濟發(fā)展具有深刻的現實意義。因此,應對農民工職業(yè)教育培訓現狀進行分析,提出針對性建議,以達到"提質增效"的實施效果。
[Abstract]:The process of urbanization in China has brought about the adjustment of economic structure and the transfer of rural population. It is a social change that a country must experience in the process of industrialization and modernization. In essence, urbanization is the transformation of agricultural population into urban population. To promote the real integration of agricultural population into urban life, it is very important to improve the comprehensive employment ability of migrant workers, that is, the vocational education and training of labor force. This has profound practical significance for China's social stability and economic development. Therefore, the present situation of vocational education and training of migrant workers should be analyzed, and some suggestions should be put forward in order to achieve the effect of "improving quality and increasing efficiency".
