【摘要】：通過實地調(diào)研,課題組發(fā)現(xiàn)人口較少民族聚居地區(qū)的教育救助工作存在著管理分散和救助力度不夠等現(xiàn)實問題,而其中最大的問題是當?shù)爻青l(xiāng)教育資源的嚴重不均衡�；诖�,提出了一系列的完善策略,諸如設(shè)立專門的貧困生資助工作管理中心、增加對農(nóng)村教育事業(yè)的投入和充分利用非政府組織等,并重點探討了人口較少民族聚居地區(qū)農(nóng)村學(xué)校的師資隊伍建設(shè)問題。
[Abstract]:Through on-the-spot investigation, the research group finds that there are some practical problems such as decentralized management and inadequate relief in the educational relief work in minority inhabited areas, and the biggest problem is the serious imbalance of educational resources between urban and rural areas. Management centers, increasing investment in rural education and making full use of non-governmental organizations, etc., have also focused on the construction of teaching staff in rural schools in areas where ethnic minorities are less populated.
