基于全過程評估理念的ST螺旋型繼續(xù)教育模式研究

【摘要】:基于全過程評估理念的ST螺旋型繼續(xù)教育模式的出現(xiàn)對于高校和教師都具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義,保障了高校和教師的利益,提高了教師參與繼續(xù)教育的熱情和積極性。在構(gòu)建基于全過程評估理念的ST螺旋型繼續(xù)教育模式時,要做好高校和教師的信息調(diào)查,在了解高校的發(fā)展目標(biāo)、內(nèi)外部環(huán)境和教師職業(yè)規(guī)劃的前提下,制定學(xué)習(xí)計劃,并把全過程評估理念貫穿于繼續(xù)教育的全過程中。
[Abstract]:The appearance of ST spiral continuing education model based on the concept of whole process evaluation has important practical significance for both colleges and teachers, which guarantees the interests of colleges and teachers, and enhances the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of teachers to participate in continuing education. When constructing the ST spiral continuing education model based on the whole process evaluation concept, we should do a good job of the information investigation of universities and teachers, and draw up the study plan under the premise of understanding the development goal, the internal and external environment and the teachers' career planning of colleges and universities. And the whole process evaluation idea runs through the whole process of continuing education.
