大理州賓川縣社區(qū)教育現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展對策研究
[Abstract]:Community education has a history of more than one hundred years in foreign countries, both in practice and theoretical research, has been relatively mature, many countries have embarked on a suitable national conditions of the development of community education. Since China's reform and opening up, the Party and the government have attached importance to the work of community education, and have successively introduced some policies and measures to promote the development of community education. They have taken the lead in carrying out community education pilot work in developed cities along the eastern coast. After that, the experimental area, demonstration area and community education have been strengthened in both breadth and depth. In the western part of China, because of the relatively backward economy and culture and the immature development of ordinary school education, the country has not requested extensive community education, but with the economic and cultural development of the western region, it is necessary to put community education on the agenda. Residents need lifelong education and the establishment of learning communities. Binchuan, as a big agricultural county in Yunnan, is becoming richer and richer, but its cultural quality is not very high, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of Binchuan. After the sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, the state attached great importance to cultural construction and introduced some measures to benefit the people. It gave strong financial protection in the hope of improving the cultural quality and moral level of citizens. Binchuan also responded to the call of the state. The introduction of cultural benefits to the people policy, at this stage vigorously promote the construction of cultural hardware facilities. Based on the national and local governments attach great importance to cultural construction, the author hopes to do some research work to provide an accurate situation, some ideas and countermeasures for the development of community education in Binchuan County in the future to strengthen the cultural software construction. By means of questionnaire and interview, the author tries to find out the actual situation of community education in Binchuan, the existing problems, analyze the causes of the problems, and put forward some countermeasures. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the purpose of the study, research methods and ideas, the development of community education at home and abroad and research status; the second part is to introduce the related concepts, The third part is the investigation, including the development of community education in county-level departments, the development of community education entities, and the sample of community education. Through these three parts, the overall situation of community education in Binchuan County is reflected; the fourth part introduces the achievements of community education in Binchuan County, the existing problems and the reasons for the analysis. The fifth part is aimed at the problems of community education in Binchuan County, and puts forward the development countermeasures.
