【摘要】：正在日前出版發(fā)行的《中華人民共和國(guó)職業(yè)分類(lèi)大典(2015年版)》中,土地整治工程技術(shù)人員首次位列其中。土地工程正式成為一個(gè)國(guó)家認(rèn)可的技術(shù)類(lèi)職業(yè)。2015年版《中華人民共和國(guó)職業(yè)分類(lèi)大典》是我國(guó)人力資源管理的權(quán)威文獻(xiàn),對(duì)于適應(yīng)和反映經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)特別是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化,適應(yīng)和反映社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)特別是人口、就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化,適應(yīng)和反映人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理特別是人力資源配置需求等方面,都具有重要意義。按
[Abstract]:For the first time, land improvement engineers and technicians were among the first to be published in the "Classification of occupations of the people's Republic of China" (2015 edition), which was published a few days ago.
