【摘要】：開放大學(xué)是我國(guó)遠(yuǎn)程開放教育的主力,但當(dāng)前普遍面臨著學(xué)歷教育生源銳減的困境。慕課作為一種新的遠(yuǎn)程教育課程形式,具有開放性、在線性、大規(guī)模性等特征。二者具有天然的契合性,因此,開放大學(xué)應(yīng)抓住歷史機(jī)遇,把慕課作為自身課程建設(shè)的主要形式。但開放大學(xué)建設(shè)慕課國(guó)內(nèi)外尚無成熟的案例可考,也不能全盤慕課化。本研究系統(tǒng)地提出了應(yīng)根據(jù)課程類型建設(shè)慕課和改造慕課的原則,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和我國(guó)地方性開放大學(xué)的具體條件,對(duì)北京開放大學(xué)慕課課程體系的平臺(tái)建設(shè)、課程模塊、教學(xué)模式、考核評(píng)價(jià)、課程證書、學(xué)分互認(rèn)等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了整體規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Open university is the main force of Distance Open Education in China, but it is generally faced with the dilemma of the sharp decline in the number of students with academic qualifications. As a new form of distance education curriculum, the admiration of courses has the characteristics of openness, linearity and large-scale. However, there is no mature case to study and not to admire all the courses at home and abroad. This study systematically puts forward the principles of admiring and revamping the courses according to the types of courses, and combines the relevant practical experience at home and abroad with the specific conditions of local open universities in China to open to Beijing. The platform construction, curriculum module, teaching mode, examination and evaluation, curriculum certificate, credit mutual recognition and other links of the university curriculum system are planned and designed as a whole.
