【摘要】：社區(qū)教育作為新時期教育體系涌現(xiàn)出的新形式,是學(xué)校圍墻教育向社會教育的再延伸,對推進教育社會化,普及社會教育化,加強教育社會一體化進程具有重要的推動作用,同時社區(qū)教育作為以整合社區(qū)教育資源為方式,以實現(xiàn)全民學(xué)習(xí)為目標的符合社會與時代發(fā)展要求的教育,也是實現(xiàn)終身教育與學(xué)習(xí)型社會的建設(shè)的重要載體。我國社區(qū)教育從上世紀80年代開始真正開展以來,主要通過實驗區(qū)帶動其他地區(qū)進行發(fā)展的模式。時至今日社區(qū)教育成績斐然,但是不可否認的是多地社區(qū)教育發(fā)展還較為落后,當?shù)卣磳⑵渥鳛橹魍乒ぷ?進而導(dǎo)致多數(shù)社區(qū)民眾未能將社區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)作為工作、生活的重要組成部分。諸多方面的因素導(dǎo)致社區(qū)教育社會化進程發(fā)展緩慢。 本文以訪談?wù){(diào)查、文獻查閱為主要研究方法,通過對全國多個社區(qū)教育實驗區(qū)g工作人員進行訪談,以當前社區(qū)教育社會化現(xiàn)狀為基準,對社區(qū)教育發(fā)展中存在的問題進行分析,進而提出社區(qū)教育社會化進程中的主要策略。本文主要分為四個部分： 第一部分,社區(qū)教育社會化提出的背景、目的和意義以及文章主要的研究方法。通過對當前國內(nèi)外形勢的分析,指出社區(qū)教育社會化的重要性,并對社會化的意義進行闡釋,同時介紹在研究過程中主要采取的研究方法和理論創(chuàng)新。 第二部分,文章核心概念的解釋。通過文獻法對社區(qū)教育、社會化及社區(qū)教育社會化等概念進行梳理,并在歸納總結(jié)前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對本文核心概念進行再次界定,并將其作為行文的理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分,當前我國社區(qū)教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀描述。通過對全國多個社區(qū)教育實驗區(qū)社區(qū)教育開展現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查了解,總結(jié)出當前社區(qū)教育取得的成績與存在的問題,為下一步提出推進策略提供現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)。 第四部分,中國社區(qū)教育社會化推進策略。通過之前的調(diào)查研究與文獻資料的查閱,在對中國社區(qū)教育現(xiàn)狀基本了解的基礎(chǔ)上,提出適合中國國情的社區(qū)教育社會化的推進策略。
[Abstract]:As a new form of education system in the new period, community education is the extension of school wall education to social education, which plays an important role in promoting the socialization of education, popularizing social education and strengthening the process of educational and social integration. At the same time, community education as a way to integrate community education resources, to achieve the goal of universal learning as the goal of the development of society and the times to meet the needs of education, but also to achieve lifelong education and the construction of a learning society an important carrier. Since the development of community education in our country in 1980's, the mode of development in other areas has been mainly driven by the experimental areas. To date, community education has achieved remarkable results, but it is undeniable that the development of community education in many places is still relatively backward, and the local government has not taken it as the main task, which has resulted in the majority of the community people failing to take community learning as their work. An important part of life. Many factors cause the socialization of community education to develop slowly. In this paper, the main research methods are interview investigation and literature review. Through interviews with g staff in many experimental areas of community education in China, the present situation of socialization of community education is taken as the benchmark. The problems existing in the development of community education are analyzed, and the main strategies in the process of socialization of community education are put forward. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part, the background, purpose and significance of the socialization of community education, as well as the main research methods. By analyzing the current situation at home and abroad, this paper points out the importance of socialization of community education, explains the significance of socialization, and introduces the main research methods and theoretical innovations adopted in the course of research. The second part, the article core concept explanation. This paper combs the concepts of community education, socialization and socialization of community education through literature method, and on the basis of summing up the previous studies, defines the core concepts of this paper again, and takes them as the theoretical basis of the writing. The third part describes the current situation of the development of community education in China. Through the investigation and understanding of the present situation of community education in many experimental areas of community education in China, this paper summarizes the achievements and problems of community education, and provides a realistic basis for the next step to put forward the strategies for promoting community education. The fourth part, the Chinese community education socialization promotion strategy. On the basis of the basic understanding of the current situation of community education in China, this paper puts forward the strategies of promoting the socialization of community education suitable for China's national conditions.
