【摘要】：“普通教育有高考,職業(yè)教育有大賽”。技能大賽是各個(gè)職業(yè)學(xué)校展示自己的管理水平、師資力量、技能訓(xùn)練水平的一個(gè)重要平臺(tái)。農(nóng)村職業(yè)學(xué)校是職業(yè)教育的重要組成部分,是實(shí)施職業(yè)教育的主陣地,農(nóng)村職業(yè)學(xué)校積極參與職業(yè)技能大賽實(shí)踐活動(dòng),對(duì)教師、學(xué)生、尤其是對(duì)學(xué)校的發(fā)展具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本課題以A縣職教中心為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行研究,重點(diǎn)分析職業(yè)技能大賽對(duì)農(nóng)村職業(yè)學(xué)校發(fā)展的影響,提出了對(duì)大賽的期望,為技能大賽的組織者提供參考、借鑒。全文共分為： 第一章：緒論。內(nèi)容主要介紹選題意義,并對(duì)本文所提出問(wèn)題的背景和研究的意義進(jìn)行論證,對(duì)農(nóng)村職業(yè)技能大賽的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路和框架進(jìn)行闡述,最后對(duì)本文的核心概念進(jìn)行界定。 第二章：本部分主要探討了現(xiàn)階段職業(yè)學(xué)校開(kāi)展技能大賽的現(xiàn)狀、意義和必要性。 第三章：農(nóng)村職業(yè)學(xué)校組織技能大賽的過(guò)程分析。 第四章：主要介紹職業(yè)技能大賽對(duì)農(nóng)村職業(yè)學(xué)校產(chǎn)生的影響。圍繞對(duì)農(nóng)村職業(yè)學(xué)校教育教學(xué)、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、學(xué)生發(fā)展、實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)與運(yùn)行及學(xué)校評(píng)價(jià)與管理的影響展開(kāi)論述。 第五章：本部分主要探討了農(nóng)村職業(yè)學(xué)校應(yīng)如何組織參與技能大賽及參與大賽時(shí)應(yīng)注意哪些問(wèn)題。 反思與展望：提出職業(yè)教育的各方對(duì)大賽的期望并對(duì)全文進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:The general education has the college entrance examination, the vocational education has the competition. The skill contest is an important platform for each vocational school to show its management level, teacher strength and skill training level. Rural vocational schools are an important part of vocational education and the main position of implementing vocational education. Rural vocational schools actively participate in the practical activities of vocational skills competition, to teachers and students, Especially for the development of the school has a strong practical and practical significance. This topic takes the A County Vocational Education Center as the research object, analyzes the influence of the vocational skill contest on the development of the rural vocational school, puts forward the expectation of the competition, and provides the reference for the organizer of the skill contest. The full text is divided into: the first chapter: introduction. The content mainly introduces the significance of the topic, and the background of the questions raised in this paper and the significance of the research on the status quo of rural vocational skills contest, research ideas and frameworks are elaborated, and finally the core concepts of this paper are defined. Chapter two: this part mainly discusses the present situation, significance and necessity of developing skill contest in vocational schools. Chapter three: the process analysis of organizing skill contest in rural vocational school. Chapter four: mainly introduces the influence of vocational skill contest on rural vocational schools. This paper discusses the influence on the education and teaching of rural vocational schools, the construction of teachers, the development of students, the construction and operation of practical training bases, and the evaluation and management of schools. Chapter five: this part mainly discusses how rural vocational schools should organize the skill contest and what problems should be paid attention to when participating in the competition. Introspection and prospect: put forward the expectation of each party of vocational education to the contest and summarize the full text.
