【摘要】：實(shí)效性是農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)的目的和歸宿,它更多關(guān)注的是學(xué)習(xí)者將培訓(xùn)所學(xué)知識、技能等應(yīng)用到實(shí)際工作中所產(chǎn)生的效果。經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)實(shí)效性的發(fā)生是參訓(xùn)者、培訓(xùn)者和用人單位等三方共同作用的結(jié)果,其中,最為關(guān)鍵的是參訓(xùn)者能否在工作崗位上對培訓(xùn)所學(xué)技能進(jìn)行持續(xù)有效的遷移運(yùn)用,而影響培訓(xùn)遷移的因素又存在于培訓(xùn)前、培訓(xùn)中到培訓(xùn)后的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)�；诋a(chǎn)生機(jī)制,文章提出提高農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)實(shí)效性的若干策略。
[Abstract]:Effectiveness is the goal and destination of the training of migrant workers. It pays more attention to the effect that the learners will learn from the knowledge and skills to apply to the actual work. It is found that the actual effect of the training of migrant workers is the result of the joint effect of the three parties, such as the trainees, the trainers and the employers, and the most important is to participate in the training. Whether or not the person can carry on the continuous and effective use of the training skills in the job, and the factors that affect the training transfer exist before the training, in the training and after the training. Based on the production mechanism, the article puts forward some strategies to improve the effectiveness of the training of migrant workers.
