【摘要】：隨著社區(qū)教育重要作用的日益凸顯,2016年6月教育部印發(fā)了《教育部等九部門(mén)關(guān)于進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)社區(qū)教育發(fā)展的意見(jiàn)》,在"提升社區(qū)教育內(nèi)涵"的發(fā)展任務(wù)中明確指出,要"提高社區(qū)教育工作者隊(duì)伍專(zhuān)業(yè)化水平"。社區(qū)教育發(fā)展的根本是人的內(nèi)涵發(fā)展,對(duì)社區(qū)教育來(lái)說(shuō),社區(qū)教育專(zhuān)職教師正是其內(nèi)涵的關(guān)鍵。因此,本研究以社區(qū)教育專(zhuān)職教師為研究對(duì)象,采用質(zhì)的研究方法,通過(guò)深入訪談、參與式觀察等途徑走進(jìn)社區(qū)教育情境,對(duì)社區(qū)教育專(zhuān)職教師的工作場(chǎng)所學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程、特點(diǎn)及影響因素進(jìn)行研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上從主體成長(zhǎng)、實(shí)踐共同體及大環(huán)境建設(shè)等視角對(duì)促進(jìn)其工作場(chǎng)所學(xué)習(xí)提出建議,以進(jìn)一步探尋社區(qū)教育專(zhuān)職教師在工作實(shí)踐中的學(xué)習(xí)與成長(zhǎng)。本文主要分為六章,第一章為緒論,主要介紹了研究的背景、緣起、目的與意義;第二章為文獻(xiàn)綜述,在對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理后,對(duì)"社區(qū)教育專(zhuān)職教師"、"工作場(chǎng)所學(xué)習(xí)"等核心概念進(jìn)行界定;第三章為研究設(shè)計(jì),主要從研究?jī)?nèi)容、分析框架、研究方法與研究過(guò)程等方面對(duì)整個(gè)研究思路和研究實(shí)施做了梳理;第四章為案例呈現(xiàn),對(duì)三位社區(qū)教育專(zhuān)職教師的工作場(chǎng)所學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行初步的故事呈現(xiàn);第五章為跨個(gè)案分析,主要對(duì)社區(qū)教育專(zhuān)職教師的工作場(chǎng)所學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行階段分析、內(nèi)涵分析和探索建議,分析內(nèi)容包括其工作場(chǎng)所學(xué)習(xí)的階段主題、工作角色、學(xué)習(xí)特征、學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程以及影響因素,并對(duì)促進(jìn)社區(qū)教育專(zhuān)職教師的學(xué)習(xí)與成長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行了思考;最后,對(duì)整個(gè)研究做了總結(jié)、回顧與反思。
[Abstract]:With the increasing importance of community education, in June 2016, the Ministry of Education issued the opinions of nine departments, such as the Ministry of Education, on further promoting the development of community education, which is clearly pointed out in the development task of "enhancing the connotation of community education". To "improve the professional level of community educators." The essence of the development of community education is the development of human connotation. For community education, full-time teachers in community education are the key to its connotation. Therefore, this research takes the full-time teachers of community education as the research object, adopts the qualitative research method, enters the community education situation through the in-depth interview, the participatory observation and so on, and studies the work place learning process of the full-time teachers of the community education. The characteristics and influencing factors were studied, and on the basis of this, suggestions were put forward to promote their workplace learning from the perspectives of subject growth, community of practice and environmental construction, etc. In order to further explore the community education full-time teachers in the work practice of learning and growth. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, mainly introduces the background, origin, purpose and significance of the study; the second chapter is a literature review, after combing the relevant literature, Define the core concepts of "full-time teachers in community education", "workplace learning" and so on. Chapter III is the research design, mainly from the research content, analysis framework, Research methods and research process to the whole research ideas and research implementation have been combed; the fourth chapter is case presentation, the three full-time teachers of community education workplace learning for a preliminary story; the fifth chapter is cross-case analysis, This paper mainly analyzes the stage, connotation and suggestion of workplace learning of full-time teachers in community education, including its stage theme, work role, learning characteristics, learning process and influencing factors. Finally, the author summarizes, reviews and reflects on the whole research on how to promote the learning and growth of full-time teachers in community education.
