【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)老齡化進(jìn)度的加快,老齡問(wèn)題受到社會(huì)和政府的廣泛關(guān)注。老年大學(xué)作為我國(guó)老年教育最主要的依托形式,是提高老年人精神養(yǎng)老品質(zhì)、滿(mǎn)足精神文化需求、促進(jìn)老年人繼續(xù)社會(huì)化的重要渠道。目前老年大學(xué)的功能和空間都不足以滿(mǎn)足老年人的使用需求,因此對(duì)于老年大學(xué)建筑的研究就顯得非常迫切。本文以廈門(mén)市區(qū)級(jí)的老年大學(xué)為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究為基礎(chǔ),從老年人的身心需求、行為方式等方面出發(fā),通過(guò)對(duì)老年大學(xué)的使用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)態(tài)調(diào)研及對(duì)老年學(xué)員進(jìn)行校舍和教室使用情況問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,總結(jié)出老年大學(xué)現(xiàn)狀空間、功能和流線(xiàn)方面存在的不足。通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)研結(jié)果量化分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)老年大學(xué)的教室空間存在的問(wèn)題最突出,亟待解決。作為老年大學(xué)的主導(dǎo)空間,教室空間是老年學(xué)員使用頻率最高的空間,針對(duì)教室空間的設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于改善老年學(xué)員的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境至關(guān)重要。因此,以適老化、復(fù)合化和可變性為設(shè)計(jì)原則,對(duì)老年大學(xué)教室的分類(lèi)、設(shè)計(jì)要求、使用人數(shù)、主要功能的配置進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,提出了廈門(mén)市區(qū)級(jí)老年大學(xué)9類(lèi)教室的平面布局及面積指標(biāo)。針對(duì)老年大學(xué)的內(nèi)部功能配置的研究,通過(guò)將老年大學(xué)與國(guó)家相關(guān)法規(guī)、地域性需求相結(jié)合,提出了基礎(chǔ)配置、建議配置、可選配置三種功能配置的類(lèi)型,以滿(mǎn)足老年大學(xué)不同階段的發(fā)展需求。根據(jù)老年學(xué)員對(duì)活動(dòng)、參與和展示、醫(yī)療保健、休憩、餐飲等潛在功能的需求,提出了功能復(fù)合化的設(shè)計(jì)策略,以滿(mǎn)足不同功能的需求。分別從老年大學(xué)教學(xué)空間的復(fù)合化和老年大學(xué)與養(yǎng)老設(shè)施、文體設(shè)施、醫(yī)療設(shè)施三類(lèi)設(shè)施的復(fù)合化兩方面進(jìn)行了深入研究,以?xún)?yōu)化整體功能,最大化各功能的使用效率。希望通過(guò)本論文的研究,在理論上豐富了對(duì)老年大學(xué)類(lèi)型的研究,對(duì)今后廈門(mén)乃至全國(guó)的老年大學(xué)的功能配置及教學(xué)空間設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)和參考。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of aging in China, the problem of aging has been widely concerned by the society and the government. As the most important form of the education for the elderly in China, the university for the aged is an important channel to improve the quality of the aged's spiritual endowment, meet the needs of spiritual culture, and promote the socialization of the elderly. At present, the function and space of the university are not enough to meet the needs of the elderly, so the research of the university architecture for the elderly is very urgent. This paper takes the district university of Xiamen as the research object, combines the domestic and foreign related theory research as the foundation, starts from the old people's physical and mental needs, the behavior way and so on aspect. Through the actual investigation of the current situation of the use of the university for the aged and the questionnaire survey on the use of the school premises and classrooms of the elderly students, the deficiencies in the space, function and streamline of the current situation of the university are summarized. Through the quantitative analysis of the investigation results, it is found that the problems in the classroom space of the aged university are the most prominent and urgent to be solved. As the dominant space of the university for the aged, classroom space is the most frequently used space for the elderly students. The design of the classroom space is very important to improve the learning environment of the elderly students. Therefore, based on the design principles of suitable aging, compounding and variability, this paper makes a systematic study on the classification, design requirements, number of users and allocation of main functions of the classroom of the aged university. This paper puts forward the layout and area index of 9 kinds of classrooms in Xiamen district-level geriatric university. In view of the research on the internal function allocation of the university for the aged, by combining the relevant laws and regulations of the country and the regional demand, the paper puts forward three types of function configuration: basic configuration, recommended configuration and optional configuration. In order to meet the needs of the different stages of the development of universities for the elderly. According to the needs of the elderly cadets for the potential functions of activities, participation and display, medical care, rest, catering and so on, a design strategy of functional compound design was put forward to meet the needs of different functions. In order to optimize the overall function and maximize the efficiency of each function, this paper makes a deep research on the combination of teaching space of the university for the aged and the facilities for the aged, sports facilities and medical facilities, respectively, in order to optimize the overall function and maximize the efficiency of the use of each function. It is hoped that the research on the types of universities for the aged can be enriched theoretically through the research of this paper, and it will provide the basis and reference for the functional configuration and teaching space design of the universities for the aged in Xiamen and even all over the country in the future.
