【摘要】：關于基礎教育校園長培訓教育改革問題,正成為一個全社會高度關注的焦點問題,政府在政策、項目、資源等方面作了大量務實性工作,相關高校和學術界也對這個問題進行了針對性的探索與研究。在政府、高校、學術界的洽合之間,不僅凸顯出基礎教育校園長培訓教育發(fā)展的迫切性問題,還突出了成人轉化學習與基礎教育校園長培訓發(fā)展的關系問題。在此意義上,我們有必要從理論與實踐的層面上,對成人轉化學習與基礎教育校園長培訓發(fā)展之間的相互促進、相互浸潤的辨證關系進行必然性探索,以期為我國基礎教育校園長培訓改革發(fā)展尋到新動能。
[Abstract]:Regarding the reform of the education for the long training of the basic education campus, it is becoming a focus of attention of the whole society. The government has done a great deal of practical work in the fields of policies, projects, resources, etc. Relevant colleges and universities and academia have also carried out targeted exploration and research on this issue. Between the government, university and academic circles, it not only highlights the urgency of the development of the long training education in the basic education campus, but also highlights the relationship between adult transformation learning and the development of the long training in the basic education campus. In this sense, it is necessary for us to explore the dialectical relationship between adult transforming learning and the development of basic education campus long training from the perspective of theory and practice. In order to find new momentum for the reform and development of the long-term training in the basic education campus in our country.
