【摘要】：隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程加快,大量農(nóng)民進(jìn)入城市務(wù)工。戶籍制度改革,為進(jìn)城務(wù)工人員留在城市提供了制度加速器。促使進(jìn)城務(wù)工人員形成適合城市生活的新市民素質(zhì),已經(jīng)是一個(gè)決定城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素。必須要通過(guò)完善繼續(xù)教育體系來(lái)促進(jìn)進(jìn)城務(wù)工人員新市民素質(zhì)的形成,為真正實(shí)現(xiàn)"以人為核心"的城鎮(zhèn)化保駕護(hù)航。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, a large number of farmers into the city to work. The reform of the household registration system provides a system accelerator for migrant workers to stay in the city. It is a key factor to determine the quality of urbanization to promote migrant workers to form the quality of new citizens who are suitable for city life. It is necessary to improve the system of continuing education to promote the formation of the quality of the new citizens of migrant workers in cities, so as to guarantee the realization of urbanization with "people as the core".
