【摘要】：我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整時(shí)期,急需高素質(zhì)的綜合型人才,為了使人才符合新時(shí)期的社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài),我們需要對(duì)高等職業(yè)教育體系進(jìn)行調(diào)整和優(yōu)化,要優(yōu)化職業(yè)人才的培育模式,努力調(diào)整勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)的供需結(jié)構(gòu)狀態(tài),擴(kuò)大就業(yè),為更高層次的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)提供人力資源保障和前提,借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的職業(yè)教育模式,為職后的繼續(xù)教育提供更為寬廣的視野和空間,在探索我國(guó)與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的繼續(xù)模式的基礎(chǔ)上,不斷深化和優(yōu)化我國(guó)的職業(yè)教育和繼續(xù)教育。
[Abstract]:In the period of economic transformation and industrial structure adjustment in our country, it is urgent to have comprehensive talents with high quality. In order to make the talents conform to the social development state in the new period, we need to adjust and optimize the higher vocational education system. It is necessary to optimize the training mode of professional talents, adjust the supply and demand structure of labor market, expand employment, provide human resource guarantee and premise for higher economic growth, and learn from the vocational education model of developed countries. On the basis of exploring the continuing mode between China and developed countries, vocational education and continuing education in our country should be deepened and optimized.
