【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn)，農(nóng)村地區(qū)以往的校點(diǎn)布局已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)生源銳減的變化，致使許多農(nóng)村地區(qū)難以開展規(guī)模化教育。因此，農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段興辦寄宿制學(xué)校正在形成一種趨勢(shì)。同時(shí)，合理的學(xué)校調(diào)整終將實(shí)現(xiàn)教育資源再分配，提高教育資源使用效率，提升農(nóng)村教育質(zhì)量。 我國(guó)民族地區(qū)多分布于地理位置偏僻、經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)的山區(qū)或者牧區(qū)，教育質(zhì)量一直處于全國(guó)的較低水平。為了促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)民族地區(qū)的教育振興，國(guó)家將寄宿制學(xué)校的建設(shè)和發(fā)展作為發(fā)展民族教育的一種主要形式。事實(shí)也不斷證明，寄宿制符合我國(guó)民族地區(qū)的實(shí)際情況，寄宿制學(xué)校在促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)義務(wù)教育的順利實(shí)施和實(shí)現(xiàn)該地區(qū)教育均衡發(fā)展的過程中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。 本文以國(guó)家在民族地區(qū)建設(shè)寄宿制學(xué)校為背景，選擇云南省沙溪白族鎮(zhèn)的兩所寄宿制學(xué)校為個(gè)案，兩次深入田野點(diǎn)進(jìn)行調(diào)研，收集了大量的第一手材料。筆者采用文獻(xiàn)法、參與式觀察法、多點(diǎn)民族志法、問卷法、訪談法、口述史等研究方法，首先概述了沙溪白族鎮(zhèn)寄宿制學(xué)校的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，然后詳細(xì)調(diào)研了其存在的四個(gè)主要問題——必要性和合理性問題、寄宿生生活問題、學(xué)校適應(yīng)問題和家校溝通問題，在對(duì)其存在的主要問題進(jìn)行了較為深入的歸因分析后提出解決對(duì)策，最后，針對(duì)民族地區(qū)寄宿制學(xué)校發(fā)展過程中存在的問題提出對(duì)策，以期能為民族地區(qū)的寄宿制學(xué)校教育發(fā)展提供理論指導(dǎo)。 在民族地區(qū)實(shí)行“裁點(diǎn)并�！保ㄔO(shè)寄宿制學(xué)校，對(duì)提高民族地區(qū)義務(wù)教育階段的教育質(zhì)量有著重要的意義。然而，，在此過程中不免存在相關(guān)的負(fù)面問題，如“一刀切”裁點(diǎn)并校、學(xué)生往返學(xué)校的安全問題、寄宿生生活問題和學(xué)校適應(yīng)問題堪憂、家校溝通問題等。因此，筆者希望本研究可以為沙溪白族鎮(zhèn)甚至民族地區(qū)寄宿制學(xué)校存在的問題找出對(duì)策，以更好的促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)寄宿制學(xué)校的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in China, the distribution of school sites in rural areas has been unable to adapt to the sharp decrease in the number of students, which makes it difficult for many rural areas to carry out large-scale education. Therefore, the rural compulsory education stage to set up boarding schools is forming a trend. At the same time, reasonable school adjustment will realize the redistribution of educational resources, improve the efficiency of using educational resources and improve the quality of rural education. The minority areas in China are mostly located in remote geographical areas and underdeveloped mountain areas or pastoral areas, and the quality of education has always been in the lower level of the whole country. In order to promote the economic development of ethnic areas and realize the revitalization of education in minority areas, the construction and development of boarding schools are regarded as one of the main forms of developing ethnic education. The facts have also proved that the boarding system accords with the actual situation in the minority areas of our country. Boarding schools play an important role in promoting the smooth implementation of compulsory education and realizing the balanced development of education in the minority areas. Based on the background of the construction of boarding schools in minority areas, this paper selects two boarding schools in Shaxi Bai Town, Yunnan Province as a case study, carries out two investigations in the field, and collects a large number of first-hand materials. The author adopts the methods of literature, participatory observation, multi-point ethnography, questionnaire, interview, oral history and so on. At first, the author summarizes the present situation of the boarding school in Shaxi Bai nationality town. Then it investigates in detail the four main problems that exist-necessity and rationality, boarding students' living problems, school adaptation problems and home-school communication problems. After the deep attribution analysis of the main problems, the countermeasures are put forward, and finally, the countermeasures are put forward in view of the problems existing in the development of boarding schools in ethnic minority areas. In order to provide theoretical guidance for the development of boarding schools in minority areas. It is of great significance to improve the quality of compulsory education in minority areas by implementing "cut points and schools" and building boarding schools. However, there are some related negative problems in the process, such as "one-size-fits-all" cut points and schools, the safety of students returning to and from school, the problems of boarding students' life and school adaptation, the problems of communication between home and school, and so on. Therefore, the author hopes that this study can find out the countermeasures for the problems existing in the boarding schools in Shaxi Bai nationality towns and even in minority areas, so as to better promote the healthy development of boarding schools in ethnic minority areas.
