【摘要】：成人教育作為教育體系中的重要組成部分,極大地推動了我國終身教育體系的形成與完善。由于受到多種因素的影響,成人教育的獨特性更加凸顯,學生心理與普通高等院校的大學生有著較大的不同,演變成為獨特的心理特征。成人教育學生心理發(fā)展引起了社會各界的廣泛關注,其影響因素涉及社會環(huán)境、成人學生個人、家庭、教育管理等多個方面,迫切需要找出能夠解決成人教育學生心理問題、推動成人教育學生心理發(fā)展的策略。
[Abstract]:As an important part of education system, adult education has greatly promoted the formation and improvement of lifelong education system in China. Due to the influence of many factors, the uniqueness of adult education is more prominent. The students' psychology is quite different from the college students, and it has evolved into a unique psychological feature. The psychological development of adult education students has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life, and its influencing factors involve social environment, adult students' individual, family, educational management and so on. Therefore, it is urgent to find out how to solve the psychological problems of adult education students. The strategies to promote the psychological development of adult education students.
