【摘要】:美國不僅是一個工業(yè)強國,,也是一個以農(nóng)業(yè)立國、以農(nóng)業(yè)興國、以農(nóng)業(yè)富國的國家,其主要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量均居于世界前列。從全世界范圍來看,今天美國的農(nóng)業(yè)無疑是最發(fā)達、生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展水平最高的,已成為一個舉世矚目的高效率產(chǎn)業(yè)。正像總統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟顧問委員會在一份報告中一開頭提到的:“美國農(nóng)業(yè)是世界農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中最成功的例子之一。其特點之一是生產(chǎn)效率高僅占全國3.1%的農(nóng)業(yè)勞動者生產(chǎn)了供全國人口消費的廉價食物,并出口了占美國出口總收入將近20%的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品”。美國是世界上發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)教育較早的國家之一,其規(guī)模和成就在世界農(nóng)業(yè)教育史上是十分突出的。起步于近現(xiàn)代的美國農(nóng)業(yè)教育對美國農(nóng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化有著至關重要的影響。美國農(nóng)業(yè)成就的取得有多種有利的自然條件與歷史因素,但最重要的還是推動農(nóng)業(yè)技術改良的農(nóng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展。因此,探討美國的農(nóng)業(yè)教育,借他山之石,對于我國這樣一個農(nóng)業(yè)大國來說具有非常重要的意義。 系統(tǒng)總結各國和地區(qū)在此方面的主要經(jīng)驗,會給我們帶來有益的啟示,為推動農(nóng)民教育工作的進一步改革與發(fā)展提供一些建議。作為農(nóng)民教育工作開展較好的美國,其典型做法和經(jīng)驗無疑值得我們加以借鑒。在文中著重介紹了美國農(nóng)民教育機制的發(fā)展歷程和如何進行實施的,和我國的農(nóng)民教育進行比較,形成自己特色的農(nóng)民教育發(fā)展機制。 第一部分:簡要介紹了美國農(nóng)民教育機制的社會背景和法律基礎。 第二部分:主要介紹了美國農(nóng)民教育機制的發(fā)展歷程。它大致經(jīng)歷了三個發(fā)展階段,已經(jīng)形成了比較健全和完善的農(nóng)民教育機制。 第三部分:重點介紹了美國農(nóng)民教育機制的實施。從組織機構、操作者、實施手段、資金投入四個方面進行介紹。 第四部分:對美國農(nóng)民教育機制的特征和實施效果進行了介紹。 第五部分:在分析了我國農(nóng)民教育和美國農(nóng)民教育差異的基礎上,借鑒美國的成功經(jīng)驗,提出對我國發(fā)展農(nóng)民教育機制有效的建議。
[Abstract]:The United States is not only an industrial power, but also a country founded by agriculture, rejuvenated by agriculture, and rich in agriculture. The output of its main agricultural products is among the highest in the world. Looking from the whole world, the agriculture of the United States today is undoubtedly the most developed and the highest level of productivity development, and has become a highly efficient industry that attracts worldwide attention. As the Presidential Council of Economic Advisers said at the beginning of a report: "American agriculture is one of the most successful examples of agricultural development in the world. One of its characteristics is that agricultural workers, who account for only 3.1 percent of the country's production efficiency, produce cheap food for the nation's population and export agricultural products that account for nearly 20 percent of America's total export income. " The United States is one of the countries that developed agricultural education earlier in the world, and its scale and achievements are outstanding in the history of world agricultural education. American agricultural education, which started in modern times, has a vital influence on the modernization of American agriculture. The achievement of American agriculture has many favorable natural conditions and historical factors, but the most important thing is to promote the development of agricultural education of agricultural technology improvement. Therefore, it is of great significance for us to explore agricultural education in the United States by taking advantage of the stone of other mountains. A systematic summary of the main experiences of various countries and regions in this respect will bring us useful enlightenment. In order to promote the further reform and development of farmers' education to provide some suggestions. As a good education for farmers in America, its typical practice and experience is undoubtedly worthy of our reference. In this paper, the author emphatically introduces the development course and how to carry out the farmer education mechanism in the United States, and compares it with the farmer education in our country. The first part briefly introduces the social background and legal basis of American farmer education mechanism. The second part mainly introduces the development course of American farmer education mechanism. It has experienced three stages of development and has formed a relatively sound and perfect farmer education mechanism. From the organization, the operator, the means of implementation, The fourth part introduces the characteristics and implementation effect of American farmer education mechanism. Part five: on the basis of analyzing the difference between Chinese farmer education and American farmer education, Based on the successful experience of the United States, this paper puts forward some effective suggestions for the development of peasant education mechanism in China.
