【摘要】:秘書工作的內(nèi)容和性質(zhì)決定了這是一個(gè)需要終生不斷學(xué)習(xí)才能持續(xù)勝任的職業(yè)。而當(dāng)前秘書培訓(xùn)政出多頭、缺乏標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、模式多樣,尚未建立統(tǒng)一、規(guī)范的體系。隨著秘書職業(yè)化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展,探索建立規(guī)范化的秘書職業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系尤為重要。本文通過文獻(xiàn)法、比較法、問卷調(diào)查法、案例法,對(duì)中國(guó)秘書職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析、比較研究,借鑒美國(guó)秘書職業(yè)培訓(xùn)以及中國(guó)注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師、律師職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)我國(guó)秘書職業(yè)培訓(xùn)規(guī)范化進(jìn)行研究。全文主要分為六個(gè)部分:一是緒論,明確了秘書職業(yè)培訓(xùn)規(guī)范化研究的目的和意義,,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)研究狀況進(jìn)行綜述,闡明相關(guān)的概念和理論;二是分析秘書職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀、存在問題及原因。針對(duì)目前秘書職業(yè)培訓(xùn)存在無法可依、政出多門、培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)亂象叢生、社會(huì)認(rèn)可度低、參與度低等問題進(jìn)行了細(xì)致分析;三是對(duì)美國(guó)秘書職業(yè)培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行分析,借鑒其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過廣闊的平臺(tái)、科學(xué)的體系、強(qiáng)制性措施和信息化手段,使培訓(xùn)常態(tài)化、便捷化;四是對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師、律師職業(yè)培訓(xùn)形式及其發(fā)展過程進(jìn)行分析研究,強(qiáng)調(diào)政策支持和行業(yè)組織的主導(dǎo)作用,推進(jìn)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展;五是探索規(guī)范我國(guó)秘書的職業(yè)培訓(xùn)。結(jié)合秘書的職業(yè)定位,通過對(duì)廣東省秘書學(xué)會(huì)創(chuàng)新培訓(xùn)體系取得的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行分析,嘗試構(gòu)建一套普遍使用、科學(xué)合理,以“秘書層級(jí)”和“秘書職能”雙主線、“素質(zhì)培訓(xùn)”和“專業(yè)培訓(xùn)”雙管齊下的立體培訓(xùn)體系,同時(shí),建議通過建章立制、整合資源等多措并舉,共同推進(jìn)秘書職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的規(guī)范化;六是對(duì)本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容及成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)概括。
[Abstract]:The content and nature of the secretarial work determines that this is a career that requires lifelong continuous learning to remain competent. At present, the secretary training policy is long, lack of standards, various models, has not yet established a unified, standardized system. With the development of secretarial professionalization, it is very important to explore the establishment of standardized secretarial vocational training system. Through literature, comparison, questionnaire and case law, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the status quo and existing problems of China's secretarial vocational training, and draws lessons from American secretarial vocational training and Chinese certified public accountants. Based on the rich experience of professional training of lawyers, the standardization of professional training of secretaries in China is studied. The full text is mainly divided into six parts: first, the introduction, clear the purpose and significance of the standardized study of secretary vocational training, review the relevant research situation at home and abroad, clarify the relevant concepts and theories; second, analyze the status quo of secretary vocational training. Problems and causes. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in secretary vocational training, such as being unable to rely on it, having many branches of government and many branches of government, disorderly training market, low social recognition and low participation. Third, it makes an analysis of the American secretarial vocational training and draws lessons from its successful experience. Through a broad platform, a scientific system, mandatory measures and information means to normalize training and facilitate training; fourth, to analyze and study the forms and development process of professional training for certified public accountants and lawyers in China. It emphasizes the leading role of policy support and trade organization to promote the sustainable development of vocational training. Combined with the professional orientation of secretary, this paper analyzes the successful experience of the innovation training system of Guangdong Provincial secretarial Institute, and tries to construct a set of common use, scientific and reasonable, with "secretary level" and "secretary function" as the two main lines. "quality training" and "professional training" two-pronged three-dimensional training system, at the same time, it is suggested that through the establishment of regulations, the integration of resources and other measures to jointly promote the standardization of secretarial vocational training; Sixth, the research content and achievements of this paper are summarized and summarized.
