【摘要】:當(dāng)前產(chǎn)能過剩問題已引起國家的高度重視,化解這一問題的重要步驟在于為下崗職工創(chuàng)造再就業(yè)機(jī)會,提高再就業(yè)職工的勞動技能。為此,要整合培訓(xùn)資源,靈活安排培訓(xùn)時間和培訓(xùn)方式,調(diào)整培訓(xùn)地點,制定靈活的學(xué)分制度,在培訓(xùn)中加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,從而深化教育供給側(cè)改革,創(chuàng)新職業(yè)教育方式,提升職業(yè)教育和培訓(xùn)的有效性,促進(jìn)下崗職工順利再就業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The problem of overcapacity has been paid great attention to by the state at present. The important step to solve this problem is to create re-employment opportunities for laid-off workers and improve their labor skills. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate training resources, flexibly arrange training time and training methods, adjust training sites, formulate flexible credit system, strengthen entrepreneurship education in training, so as to deepen education supply-side reform and innovate vocational education methods. Improve the effectiveness of vocational education and training to promote the smooth re-employment of laid-off workers.
