【摘要】：成人教育質(zhì)量保障機制是由教學活動主體、教育管理主體和教育服務(wù)主體等多元利益相關(guān)者構(gòu)成的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)。剖析我國成人教育質(zhì)量保障主體責任分擔機制,可進一步明確各利益相關(guān)者在教育活動中的權(quán)利與義務(wù),是發(fā)揮教師與學生、政府與高校、企業(yè)與社會主觀能動性的長效機制,是促進成人教育發(fā)展的體制建設(shè)和模式創(chuàng)新,對成人教育發(fā)展定位及社會職能實現(xiàn)具有積極的意義。
[Abstract]:The quality assurance mechanism of adult education is a complex system composed of multiple stakeholders, such as teaching activities, educational management and educational service. Analyzing the main responsibility sharing mechanism of the quality assurance of adult education in China can further clarify the rights and obligations of the stakeholders in the educational activities. It is a long-term effective mechanism to give full play to the subjective initiative of teachers and students, the government and universities, enterprises and society. It is the system construction and mode innovation to promote the development of adult education, which has positive significance for the orientation of adult education development and the realization of social function.
