【摘要】：美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院作為美國(guó)高等教育的一個(gè)重要組成部分,對(duì)地方乃至國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)和事業(yè)所起的作用為世界所矚目。它是美國(guó)高等教育大眾化和民主化進(jìn)程的產(chǎn)物,在高等教育的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,它不斷地尋求發(fā)展契機(jī),鞏固自身優(yōu)勢(shì),形成了頗具特色的教育模式。其靈活性、開(kāi)放性、多層次、多元化、社會(huì)化、重實(shí)效等優(yōu)勢(shì),為多國(guó)研究和借鑒。課程設(shè)置是美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院的核心部分,也是其特色的主要體現(xiàn)。美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院的課程設(shè)置秉承以服務(wù)社區(qū)為宗旨、以受教育群體為本、課程設(shè)置多樣化并與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的理念,圍繞美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院的五大職能,即：學(xué)院或大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)教育、職業(yè)或終結(jié)性教育、普通教育、繼續(xù)教育、社會(huì)服務(wù),其課程設(shè)置也是靈活多樣的,呈現(xiàn)出注重學(xué)術(shù)性與職業(yè)性的整合、注重實(shí)用性和靈活性的統(tǒng)一、注重多樣化和規(guī)范化的融合等特點(diǎn)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院課程設(shè)置定義的闡釋以及對(duì)其現(xiàn)狀的分析,探索美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院課程設(shè)置的特點(diǎn),借鑒其課程整合、課程導(dǎo)向及課程實(shí)施等方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),旨在借鑒其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),為我國(guó)成人教育課程改革及完善提供一定的幫助。文章從以下三個(gè)部分進(jìn)行闡述：第一部分：先后闡述了美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院、課程及課程設(shè)置的概念和內(nèi)涵,并對(duì)美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院的發(fā)展階段、各階段的職能以及社區(qū)學(xué)院課程設(shè)置的發(fā)展階段進(jìn)行了歸納。第二部分首先對(duì)美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院課程設(shè)置進(jìn)行分類和盤點(diǎn)；其次,總結(jié)概括出美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院課程設(shè)置特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)；最后,關(guān)注課程設(shè)置的新動(dòng)向,即與MOOC課程的融合。從這幾個(gè)方面對(duì)美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院課程設(shè)置進(jìn)行了具體分析：第三部分重點(diǎn)論述了美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院課程設(shè)置對(duì)我國(guó)成人教育課程設(shè)置的啟示。目前正是我國(guó)成人教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵期,學(xué)習(xí)借鑒美國(guó)社區(qū)學(xué)院的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),將對(duì)我國(guó)成人教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展有極大地促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:As an important part of American higher education, American community colleges play an important role in local and national economy and cause. It is the product of the popularization and democratization of American higher education. In the fierce competition of higher education, it constantly seeks for the opportunity of development, consolidates its own advantages, and forms a characteristic educational model. Its flexibility, openness, multi-level, diversification, socialization, emphasis on effectiveness and other advantages, for multi-country research and reference. The curriculum is the core part of American community colleges and the main embodiment of its characteristics. The curriculum design of American community college is based on serving the community, taking the education community as the foundation, the curriculum is diversified and keeps pace with the times, and revolves around the five functions of American community college, that is, college or university transfer education. Vocational or summative education, general education, continuing education, social services, its curriculum is also flexible and diverse, showing a focus on academic and professional integration, emphasizing the unity of practicality and flexibility. Pay attention to the characteristics of diversification and standardization. Based on the analysis of the definition and current situation of the curriculum setup in American community colleges, this paper explores the characteristics of curriculum setting in American community colleges, and draws lessons from its advantages in curriculum integration, curriculum orientation and curriculum implementation. The aim is to draw lessons from its successful experience and provide some help for the reform and perfection of adult education curriculum in China. The article is described from the following three parts: the first part: the concept and connotation of American community college, curriculum and curriculum, and the development stage of American community college. The functions of each stage as well as the development stage of community college curriculum are summarized. The second part firstly classifies and counts the curriculum of American community colleges; secondly, summarizes the characteristics and advantages of the curriculum of American community colleges; finally, pays attention to the new trend of curriculum setting, that is, the integration with MOOC curriculum. This paper analyzes the curriculum of American community college from these aspects: the third part mainly discusses the enlightenment of the curriculum of American community college to the curriculum of adult education in our country. At present, it is the key period for the development of adult education in our country. Learning from the successful experience of American community colleges will greatly promote the development of adult education in our country.
