鄭州地區(qū)校外兒童美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)教學(xué)調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:隨著素質(zhì)教育的發(fā)展,美術(shù)教育愈加多元化,也越來越受到更多的關(guān)注,由于學(xué)校美術(shù)教育受到時(shí)間和空間等各種因素的影響和制約,校外美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)作為學(xué)校美術(shù)教育的延伸和補(bǔ)充得到了前所未有的發(fā)展。校外美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)會(huì)出現(xiàn)大力發(fā)展的熱潮必然有其原因和存在的意義,但是校外美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)到底怎樣,真如人熱捧的那樣完美嗎?在課程設(shè)置、教材內(nèi)容、師資力量等方面是否存有不足?教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀是怎樣的?本文基于筆者在鄭州校外兒童美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)兼職教師身份的條件下,帶著對(duì)上述問題的疑問,以鄭州地區(qū)校外美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)中的學(xué)生、教師和家長(zhǎng)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用觀察、實(shí)踐、訪談、問卷調(diào)查法等多種辦法對(duì)鄭州地去五所校外美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究調(diào)查。經(jīng)過校內(nèi)外美術(shù)教育的對(duì)比,剖析其優(yōu)勢(shì)及不足,經(jīng)過對(duì)校外美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)的反思提出相應(yīng)的建議。本文由緒論、鄭州地區(qū)校外兒童美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀、鄭州地區(qū)校外兒童美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)教學(xué)特點(diǎn)的分析、對(duì)校外兒童美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)的反思及建議四個(gè)章節(jié)組成。第一章主要介紹了研究動(dòng)機(jī)、研究意義、應(yīng)用前景、文獻(xiàn)綜述、概念定義及研究設(shè)計(jì)。其中第二章主要?jiǎng)澐譃樾M饷佬g(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)本身、教師、課程設(shè)置及課堂教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀四個(gè)部分。第三章是筆者根據(jù)第二章各種現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查結(jié)果,對(duì)鄭州地區(qū)校外兒童美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)教學(xué)的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)出鄭州地區(qū)校外兒童美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)中教學(xué)的優(yōu)勢(shì)及不足。最后一章為本文的結(jié)尾部分,主要是通過本次調(diào)查,筆者對(duì)校外兒童美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)的反思和建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of quality-oriented education, art education is becoming more and more diversified, and more and more attention has been paid to it. Due to the influence and restriction of time and space, the art education in schools is influenced and restricted by various factors, such as time and space, etc. As an extension and supplement of school art education, the outside-school art education institution has been developed unprecedented. The upsurge in the development of art education institutions outside school will inevitably have its reasons and significance, but what about the art education institutions outside the school, is it really as perfect as the popular ones? Are there any deficiencies in the curriculum, the content of the teaching materials, the strength of teachers, and so on? What is the current situation of teaching? Based on the status of part-time teacher in the children's art education institution outside Zhengzhou, this paper takes the students, teachers and parents of the outside school art education institution in Zhengzhou area as the object of investigation, and adopts the observation. Practice, interview, questionnaire survey and other methods to Zhengzhou to go to five institutions of art education outside the study. Through the contrast of art education in and out of school, this paper analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward corresponding suggestions after reflection on the art education institutions outside school. This paper consists of four chapters: introduction, teaching status of children's art education institutions in Zhengzhou area, analysis of teaching characteristics of out-of-school children's fine arts education institutions in Zhengzhou area, and reflection and suggestions on out-of-school children's fine arts education institutions. The first chapter mainly introduces research motivation, research significance, application prospect, literature review, concept definition and research design. The second chapter is divided into four parts: the school itself, the teacher, the curriculum and the present situation of classroom teaching. The third chapter is the author according to the investigation results of the second chapter of various current situation, the author analyzes and summarizes the teaching characteristics of children's fine arts education institutions in Zhengzhou area, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of teaching in the out-of-school children's art education institutions in Zhengzhou area. The last chapter is the last part of this paper, mainly through this investigation, the author of the school children's art education institutions reflection and suggestions.
