【摘要】：從本質(zhì)來看,教育是一種交往活動(dòng)。少數(shù)民族地區(qū)絕大部分雙語教師,在教育教學(xué)中尤為凸顯的是在與不同于已的文化群體、文化精神直接間接交往,而此過程中必須具備跨文化意識、跨文化敏感、跨文化行為的跨文化交際能力,它是雙語教育質(zhì)量的內(nèi)在訴求。從雙語教師的社會(huì)性存在、雙語教育的目的審視,跨文化交際是少數(shù)民族地區(qū)雙語教師職業(yè)場域的內(nèi)在訴求。研究著重圍繞雙語教師跨文化交際三維度的內(nèi)涵及培育闡釋,跨文化交際能力對少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、教育整體質(zhì)量的提升、中華文化與本民族文化的交融與傳承創(chuàng)新、雙語教育目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有極其重要的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In essence, education is a communicative activity. The majority of bilingual teachers in minority areas are especially prominent in the education and teaching is the cultural spirit of direct and indirect contact with different cultural groups, and this process must have cross-cultural awareness, cross-cultural sensitivity, The cross-cultural communicative competence of cross-cultural behavior is the internal demand of the quality of bilingual education. From the point of view of the social existence of bilingual teachers and the purpose of bilingual education, intercultural communication is the internal demand of bilingual teachers' occupational field in minority areas. The study focuses on the connotation and cultivation of the three dimensions of intercultural communication among bilingual teachers, the social stability of intercultural communication ability to the minority areas, the improvement of the overall quality of education, the blending and inheritance of Chinese culture and their own national culture. The realization of bilingual education is of great value.
