【摘要】：民族地區(qū)高校對大學生進行馬克思主義民族觀教育意義重大,能夠提高各民族大學生的思想認識,有效地反對民族分裂主義,反對非法宗教活動,維護祖國統(tǒng)一。民族地區(qū)高校擔負著培養(yǎng)人才的使命。大學生是推動民族地區(qū)政治經(jīng)濟文化發(fā)展的中堅力量。年輕人是國之未來和力量,塑造他們科學的民族觀顯得尤為重要。當前,民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育取得了一定的成效,但依然存在對民族觀教育的重視程度不夠,教育途徑單一,缺乏實效性,內(nèi)容欠缺針對性,教育方法比較守舊等問題。新時期民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育的基本內(nèi)容依然要加強馬克思主義民族理論教育,落實馬克思主義民族歷史觀教育、馬克思主義民族發(fā)展觀教育、馬克思主義民族平等觀和團結(jié)觀教育,強化“四個認同”教育,進行中國共產(chǎn)黨民族理論和現(xiàn)行民族政策教育,同時開展民族地區(qū)主體少數(shù)民族的知識文化教育。要進一步加強民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育,明確民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育的指導(dǎo)思想,正確認識和處理國家認同、民族認同和宗教信仰之間的關(guān)系,把馬克思主義民族觀教育融入社會主義核心價值體系教育中,協(xié)調(diào)馬克思主義民族觀教育過程的有效運行。提高思想政治理論課課堂教學質(zhì)量,提升民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育的主體性,形成民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育的課程體系,豐富民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育的具體內(nèi)容,完善民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育的實施方法。完善民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育的社會教育體系,建立民族教育制度法規(guī),加強大眾傳媒宣傳導(dǎo)向,開展多民族之間的文化交流活動,注重民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育的社會實踐活動,為民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育提供有力保障,提高民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育工作隊伍的整體素質(zhì),確保民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育的經(jīng)費投入和教學科研條件的改善,完善民族地區(qū)高校馬克思主義民族觀教育的相關(guān)部門之間的工作協(xié)調(diào)機制。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance for colleges and universities in ethnic regions to educate college students on Marxist national outlook, which can improve the ideological understanding of college students of all nationalities, effectively oppose national separatism, oppose illegal religious activities, and safeguard the reunification of the motherland. Colleges and universities in minority areas shoulder the mission of cultivating talents. College students are the backbone of promoting the political, economic and cultural development in ethnic areas. Young people are the future and strength of the country, so it is particularly important to shape their scientific national outlook. At present, the education of Marxist national view in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas has made some achievements, but there is still a lack of emphasis on the education of national outlook, a single approach to education, a lack of effectiveness, and a lack of pertinence in content. Educational methods are more conservative and so on. In the new era, the basic content of the education of Marxist national view in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas should still be strengthened, the education of Marxist national view of history and the education of Marxist national concept of development should be carried out. The education of Marxist concept of national equality and unity, the education of "four identities", the education of Chinese Communist Party's national theory and current national policy, and the education of knowledge and culture of ethnic minorities in ethnic areas are also carried out. It is necessary to further strengthen the education of Marxist national outlook in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas, clarify the guiding ideology of Marxist national outlook education in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas, and correctly understand and handle the relationship between national identity, national identity and religious belief. The education of Marxist national view should be integrated into the education of socialist core value system to coordinate the effective operation of the educational process of Marxist national view. To improve the quality of classroom teaching of ideological and political theory, to enhance the subjectivity of Marxist national view education in colleges and universities of ethnic minority areas, and to form a curriculum system of Marxist national view education in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas. It enriches the concrete contents of Marxist national view education in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas, and consummates the implementing methods of Marxist national outlook education in ethnic minority areas. To perfect the social education system of Marxist national view education in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas, to establish the laws and regulations of ethnic education system, to strengthen the propaganda and guidance of mass media, and to carry out cultural exchanges among ethnic groups. To pay attention to the social practice of Marxist national view education in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas, and to provide a strong guarantee for the education of Marxist national outlook in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas. To improve the overall quality of the work force of Marxist national outlook education in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas, and to ensure the improvement of the investment of funds and the improvement of teaching and scientific research conditions for Marxist national outlook education in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas, To perfect the coordination mechanism among the relevant departments of Marxist national view education in ethnic minority areas.
