【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,我國(guó)對(duì)教育給予高度重視。作為成人接受繼續(xù)教育、實(shí)現(xiàn)終身學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)的有效途徑,成人教育一方面影響著成人個(gè)人目標(biāo)與價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn),另一方面,關(guān)系著社會(huì)企業(yè)的人力資源建設(shè),是當(dāng)前我國(guó)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。該教育模式不受年齡、性別的限制,能夠?yàn)槌扇颂峁⿲W(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)、提升技術(shù)、獲得專業(yè)資格的有效平臺(tái),為成人的終身發(fā)展提供有效的支持。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)的成人教育普遍缺乏針對(duì)性、專業(yè)性,成人教育培訓(xùn)實(shí)效性不強(qiáng),因此,必須對(duì)成人教育培訓(xùn)模式予以創(chuàng)新。文章著重對(duì)成人教育的內(nèi)涵與特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行深入分析,探究了當(dāng)前我國(guó)成人教育培訓(xùn)存在的問題以及成人教育培訓(xùn)模式創(chuàng)新的必要性,并提出成人教育培訓(xùn)模式的創(chuàng)新策略,為成人教育發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of socialist modernization in China, our country attaches great importance to education. As an effective way for adults to receive continuing education and realize the goal of lifelong learning, on the one hand, adult education affects the realization of individual goals and values of adults, on the other hand, it is related to the construction of human resources in social enterprises. It is the inevitable trend of the development of education in our country at present. This education model is independent of age and gender, and can provide an effective platform for adults to learn knowledge, upgrade technology, obtain professional qualifications, and provide effective support for adult lifelong development. At present, the adult education in our country is lack of pertinence, specialization, and the actual effect of adult education and training is not strong. Therefore, the mode of adult education and training must be innovated. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of adult education, probes into the existing problems of adult education and training in our country and the necessity of innovation of adult education and training mode, and puts forward the innovative strategies of adult education and training mode. To provide a reference for the development of adult education.
