【摘要】：成人繼續(xù)教育作為高等教育的一部分和高等教育的進(jìn)一步延伸。構(gòu)建成人繼續(xù)教育體系是現(xiàn)階段我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的迫切需要,是推進(jìn)我國高等教育內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,是構(gòu)建終身學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)和完善的國民教育體系的要求,同時(shí)也是我國高等教育國際化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。我國的成人繼續(xù)教育體系存在的問題主要表現(xiàn)在:成人繼續(xù)教育不能滿足受教育者的實(shí)際要求,與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展要求相脫節(jié);成人繼續(xù)教育不受重視;成人繼續(xù)教育的投入不足等問題。有鑒于此,應(yīng)從構(gòu)建終身學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)習(xí)制度、細(xì)化市場(chǎng)實(shí)際需求、改變舊有的只重視學(xué)歷教育的教育模式、明確大學(xué)后成人繼續(xù)教育的辦學(xué)思路以及以高校為主要陣地,充分發(fā)揮高校已有資源在大學(xué)后成人繼續(xù)教育中的作用等方面入手,構(gòu)建我國成人繼續(xù)教育的發(fā)展模型。
[Abstract]:Adult continuing education as a part of higher education and the further extension of higher education. The construction of adult continuing education system is an urgent need for the social and economic development of our country at the present stage, a realistic need for promoting the implicit development of higher education in our country, and a requirement for the construction of a lifelong learning society and a perfect national education system. Also is our country higher education internationalization development realistic need. The problems of adult continuing education system in our country are as follows: adult continuing education can not meet the actual requirements of the educatees, it is out of line with the social and economic development requirements, the adult continuing education is not paid attention to; Problems such as insufficient investment in adult continuing education. In view of this, we should construct the learning system of lifelong learning, refine the actual needs of the market, change the old educational model that only attaches importance to the education of academic qualifications, clarify the idea of continuing education for adults after university and take the university as the main position. In order to construct the development model of adult continuing education in China, we should give full play to the role of the existing resources in the post-university adult continuing education.
