【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移勞動(dòng)力再就業(yè)是新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的核心與關(guān)鍵。城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中的一項(xiàng)重要而艱巨的任務(wù)就是妥善解決越來(lái)越多的農(nóng)業(yè)剩余勞動(dòng)力,使之實(shí)現(xiàn)全面的、深層次的市民化轉(zhuǎn)型。由于農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)人口的素質(zhì)普遍較低,其轉(zhuǎn)移再就業(yè)必然受到一定的阻滯,在這種形勢(shì)下,成人教育就必須發(fā)揮自己的功能作用,不僅要提高農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移勞動(dòng)力再就業(yè)思想認(rèn)識(shí)和職業(yè)技能,還應(yīng)通過(guò)訂單式培養(yǎng)而提高農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移勞動(dòng)力的就業(yè)率,才能為推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程而擔(dān)負(fù)起應(yīng)有的責(zé)任。
[Abstract]:Reemployment of agricultural transfer labor force is the core and key of new urbanization construction. An important and arduous task in the construction of urbanization is to properly solve more and more agricultural surplus labor force and make it realize the comprehensive and deep-level transformation of the city. Since the quality of the agricultural working population is generally low, its transfer and re-employment will inevitably be hindered to a certain extent. Under this situation, adult education must play its own role. It is necessary not only to improve the thinking and vocational skills of reemployment of agricultural transfer labor force, but also to raise the employment rate of agricultural transfer labor force through order training, so that it can shoulder its due responsibility for promoting the new urbanization process.
