【摘要】：成人教育知識(shí)作為社會(huì)發(fā)展和進(jìn)步的巨大推動(dòng)力量,對(duì)其有效性展開研究有著重要意義。解構(gòu)離散實(shí)現(xiàn)成人教育知識(shí)的質(zhì)性轉(zhuǎn)化,用一種開放、動(dòng)態(tài)、發(fā)展、批判的視域去審視和發(fā)展成人教育知識(shí);建構(gòu)整合實(shí)現(xiàn)成人教育知識(shí)的質(zhì)性重組,圍繞目標(biāo)內(nèi)核,系統(tǒng)整合,結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)適,集聚成人教育知識(shí)的生命能量;回歸敬畏實(shí)現(xiàn)成人教育知識(shí)的生命價(jià)值,回歸自然,回歸生命原始的出發(fā)點(diǎn),敬畏知識(shí),禮贊知識(shí),致力于找回并釋放本屬于成人教育知識(shí)本體的真正的價(jià)值與意義。以此來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)成人教育知識(shí)的有效性。
