【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)教育的發(fā)展,終身教育理念為成人教育提供了全新的理論支撐和指導(dǎo),兩者之間存在著緊密的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。分析了終身教育理念的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值和對(duì)成人教育的影響,結(jié)合目前我國(guó)成人教育在發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,提出了具體的解決對(duì)策。研究結(jié)論如下:轉(zhuǎn)變成人院校教學(xué)觀念、保障成人院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量、完善成人院校管理體制,是推動(dòng)成人教育進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的有效途徑。唯有在終身教育理念的引導(dǎo)下,成人教育才能體現(xiàn)出更大的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of education in China, the concept of lifelong education provides a new theoretical support and guidance for adult education, and there is a close internal relationship between the two. This paper analyzes the practical value of the concept of life-long education and its impact on adult education. Combined with the problems existing in the development of adult education in our country at present, this paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures. The conclusions of the research are as follows: to change the teaching concept of human college, to guarantee the teaching quality of adult college, to perfect the management system of adult college. It is an effective way to promote the further development of adult education. Only under the guidance of the concept of lifelong education can adult education embody greater value.
