【摘要】：民辦高校繼續(xù)教育是我國教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要一環(huán),其對于我國構(gòu)建終身教育體系具有十分重要的意義。當(dāng)前,民辦高校繼續(xù)教育的發(fā)展存在著巨大的機遇,國家政策對于民辦教育的扶持以及廣闊的繼續(xù)教育前景都為民辦高校繼續(xù)教育提供了廣闊的空間,而新時期對于勞動力素質(zhì)提升的訴求更是為其發(fā)展提供了新的動力。然而,掣肘于傳統(tǒng)教育觀念、現(xiàn)有教育質(zhì)量以及社會對民辦教育態(tài)度的影響,民辦高校繼續(xù)教育發(fā)展仍然面臨著重大的挑戰(zhàn)。為了克服民辦高校繼續(xù)教育發(fā)展過程中的困境,應(yīng)充分運用國家活動來轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)觀念,利用多方合作來推動教育質(zhì)量的提升,通過質(zhì)量反饋來構(gòu)建良性的系統(tǒng)循環(huán)。
[Abstract]:Continuing education in private colleges and universities is an important part of the development strategy of education in our country, which is of great significance to the construction of lifelong education system in our country. At present, there are great opportunities for the development of continuing education in private colleges and universities. The support of the national policy to the private education and the broad prospect of the continuing education have provided a broad space for the continuing education of the private colleges and universities, and the demand for the improvement of the quality of the labor force in the new period has provided a new impetus for its development. In order to overcome the difficulties in the process of continuing education in private colleges and universities, the development of continuing education in private colleges and universities is still facing great challenges because of the influence of traditional educational concepts, the quality of existing education and the attitude of society to private education. It is necessary to make full use of national activities to change traditional concepts, to use multi-party cooperation to promote the improvement of education quality, and to construct a virtuous system cycle through quality feedback.
