【摘要】：在廣播電視大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型、開放大學(xué)建設(shè)的進程中,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量是工作核心,師資隊伍建設(shè)是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵,教師的素質(zhì)與能力是師資隊伍建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)。本研究通過組織遠程教育專家、開放大學(xué)辦學(xué)體系教師及管理者代表、優(yōu)秀從業(yè)教師及相關(guān)職能部門負責(zé)人等,運用文獻調(diào)研、典型任務(wù)分析、集體座談、專家訪談等多種研究方法提煉了開放大學(xué)教師典型教學(xué)工作任務(wù),基于這些典型工作任務(wù)構(gòu)建了開放大學(xué)教師能力素質(zhì)模型,研制了開放大學(xué)教師教學(xué)能力標(biāo)準,為開放大學(xué)師資隊伍建設(shè)和教師發(fā)展工作提供基礎(chǔ)依據(jù)。典型教學(xué)工作任務(wù)共分為教學(xué)準備、教學(xué)實施、教學(xué)發(fā)展三個方面,細分為9項二級工作任務(wù)和46項三級工作任務(wù)。完成所有這些工作任務(wù)需具備道德與價值觀、專業(yè)知識、技能與能力(含通用能力和遠程教學(xué)能力)三個維度的47項能力。
[Abstract]:In the process of the transformation of the Radio and TV University and the construction of the Open University, improving the teaching quality is the core of the work, and the construction of the teaching staff is the key to the improvement of the teaching quality. The quality and ability of teachers are the basis of the construction of teachers. This study applies literature research through organizing experts in distance education, teachers and representatives of managers in open university school system, excellent teachers and heads of relevant functional departments, etc. Based on the typical task analysis, collective discussion, expert interview and other research methods, this paper abstracts the typical teaching task of the teachers in Open University, and constructs the ability quality model of the open university teacher based on these typical tasks. The standard of teaching ability of teachers in Open University is developed, which provides the basis for the construction of teachers and the development of teachers in Open University. The typical tasks of teaching work are divided into three aspects: teaching preparation, teaching implementation and teaching development. Subdivided into 9 secondary and 46 tertiary tasks. To complete all these tasks requires 47 competencies in three dimensions: ethics and values, professional knowledge, skills and abilities (including general competence and distance learning ability).
