【摘要】:正近日,一篇題為《北京的無奈:海淀區(qū)拼娃是怎樣拼的》的文章在微信朋友圈中瘋傳……科學(xué)實踐已經(jīng)證明,過重的課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)違背孩子的天性,不利于孩子的健康成長。因此,國家層面提出素質(zhì)教育,教育部門也發(fā)文要求給中小學(xué)減負(fù),對全國各地學(xué)生課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)測排名,并把各地減負(fù)工作開展情況與義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展評估認(rèn)定等掛鉤。
[Abstract]:Recently, an article entitled "helplessness in Beijing: how to spell babies in Haidian District" went viral in WeChat Moments. Scientific practice has proved that excessive schoolwork burdens are against children's nature and are not conducive to their healthy growth. At the national level, quality education is put forward, and the education department also issues a document requesting to reduce the burden on primary and secondary schools. It monitors and ranks the burden of students in all parts of the country, and links the work of reducing the burden in various places with the assessment of the balanced development of compulsory education, and so on.
