自閉癥兒童母親心路歷程的敘事研究

【摘要】:本研究采用質(zhì)性研究方法中的敘事研究,探討自閉癥兒童母親照顧自閉兒的心路歷程,當(dāng)孩子被診斷為自閉癥,母親是如何面對與調(diào)適,過程中的感受如何?如何讓自己勇敢面對生命中的種種挫折與挑戰(zhàn)?同時(shí)本研究也試圖讓研究對象,經(jīng)由回顧心路歷程中,獲得自我療傷,重新肯定自己的生命價(jià)值。并通過三位自閉癥母親生命故事之經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享,讓社會大眾增加對自閉癥及其家庭情況的了解、尊重、關(guān)懷和支持;讓其他自閉癥兒童教養(yǎng)者吸取成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),盡量避免走彎路;同時(shí)為自閉癥教育者在教學(xué)與研究中提供參考。 研究結(jié)果如下:自閉癥兒童母親從發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子有異常、確診、早期干預(yù)、上學(xué)、青春期、成年、直到孩子的未來,這個(gè)縱向的發(fā)展過程伴隨著母親心理狀態(tài)的不斷變化,這個(gè)過程也是在各種“阻力”和“助力”的不斷較量中艱難前進(jìn)的過程。研究者將此“過程”概括為自閉癥兒童母親的心路歷程,具體分為接受期、積極應(yīng)對期和分享期。每個(gè)階段母親的內(nèi)心體驗(yàn)都不相同,基本都經(jīng)由剛開始的失落、抱怨、絕望,到應(yīng)對過程中的挫敗、怨恨和擔(dān)心,再到最后內(nèi)心的平和與釋然,也可能伴隨積極的內(nèi)心體驗(yàn),如欣慰、寬容與感動等。主要的“阻力”主要來自于教養(yǎng)壓力、學(xué)校與大眾的排斥;主要的“助力”為家庭成員特別是丈夫的支持、自閉癥家長團(tuán)體同理心的支持與資源的提供、自閉癥母親堅(jiān)強(qiáng)樂觀的個(gè)性特征。 研究最后,研究者嘗試向自閉癥兒童母親及家人、教育部門及教師、政府政策和未來研究提出相關(guān)的建議。期望自閉癥兒童母親的心路歷程可以使更多的人了解自閉癥、了解自閉癥兒童的家庭,早日為自閉癥家庭建立一套完整有效的支援系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:This study uses the narrative research in qualitative research to explore the heart course of autistic children's mothers caring for autistic children. When the child is diagnosed with autism, how does the mother face and adjust, and how do she feel in the process? How to make yourself brave to face all kinds of setbacks and challenges in life? At the same time, the study also attempted to allow the subjects to gain self-healing, reconfirm their life value, and share the experiences of the three autistic mothers' life stories by looking back on the course of their hearts. Let the society increase the understanding, respect, care and support of autism and their families; let other autistic children to learn from the successful experience, avoid detours, and provide reference for autistic educators in teaching and research. The results are as follows: mothers of autistic children, from finding children with abnormalities, diagnosis, early intervention, school attendance, adolescence, adulthood, to the future of the child, this vertical development process is accompanied by a constant change in the mother's mental state. The process is also a difficult one in the constant struggle of resistance and power. The researchers have summed up this process as the mental process of mothers with autistic children, which is divided into acceptance periods. Positive coping period and sharing period. Each stage of the mother's inner experience is different, basically through the initial loss, complaint, despair, to the frustration in the process of coping, resentment and worry, to the final peace of mind and relief, It may also be accompanied by positive inner experiences, such as gratification, tolerance and emotion. The main "resistance" comes mainly from upbringing pressure, rejection from schools and the general public; the main "help" is the support of family members, especially husbands. The support of autistic parents group and the provision of resources, autistic mothers strong optimistic personality characteristics. At the end of the study, the researchers tried to make recommendations to mothers and families of autistic children, education departments and teachers, government policies and future research. Understand the families of autistic children and establish a complete and effective support system for autistic families as soon as possible.
