【摘要】：利用"中國(guó)西部少數(shù)民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)狀況家庭調(diào)查"(CHES)微觀數(shù)據(jù),考察部分西部民族地區(qū)農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育的現(xiàn)狀,并從家庭背景和教育資源分布兩個(gè)視角切入分析教育機(jī)會(huì)背后的影響機(jī)制。分析結(jié)果顯示:我國(guó)西部民族地區(qū)農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育的發(fā)展仍然滯后,約7%的小學(xué)適齡兒童(7~12歲)和10%的初中適齡兒童(13~15歲)沒有按照國(guó)家規(guī)定接受義務(wù)教育;高中適齡兒童在校比例僅57.8%,離普及高中階段教育有很大差距。回歸分析結(jié)果揭示,地區(qū)教育資源的匱乏制約了西部民族地區(qū)農(nóng)村兒童的教育機(jī)會(huì),西部民族地區(qū)農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育仍需大力扶持;同時(shí),與漢族適齡兒童相比,少數(shù)民族兒童的教育機(jī)會(huì)受家庭背景的影響更敏感,這意味著針對(duì)少數(shù)民族的家庭支持政策可以有效促進(jìn)適齡兒童教育獲得。
[Abstract]:The present situation of rural basic education in some ethnic minority areas in western China is investigated by using the microcosmic data of "Family Survey of Economic and Social conditions in Western Minority areas" (CHESs). From the perspective of family background and distribution of educational resources, the paper analyzes the influence mechanism behind educational opportunities. The results show that the development of rural basic education in the western minority areas of China is still lagging behind. About 7% children of primary school age (712 years old) and 10% children of junior middle school age (1315 years old) did not receive compulsory education in accordance with state regulations, and the proportion of school-age children in senior high schools was only 57.8%, which was a big gap from popularizing high school education. The lack of educational resources in the region restricts the educational opportunities of rural children in the western minority areas, and the basic education in the rural areas of the western minority areas still needs to be vigorously supported. At the same time, compared with the children of the Han nationality age, Education opportunities for minority children are more sensitive to family background, which means that family support policies for ethnic minorities can effectively promote access to education for school-age children.
