【摘要】：隨著社會分工的日益精細(xì),"職業(yè)發(fā)展"成為當(dāng)下社會各界所關(guān)注的新興話題。成人教育作為促進(jìn)成人工作與能力提升的一種重要路徑。其職業(yè)屬性是由成人教育本身所決定的。因此,以職業(yè)發(fā)展的視角來討論成人教育應(yīng)該說是一個必然起點(diǎn)。本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法和邏輯分析法對職業(yè)發(fā)展理論的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析歸納,進(jìn)而針對成人教育的過程中如何運(yùn)用職業(yè)發(fā)展理論進(jìn)行教育教學(xué)模式的調(diào)整進(jìn)行一系列的探討。研究認(rèn)為,從職業(yè)發(fā)展理論視角來看,在成人教育教學(xué)過程中,應(yīng)基于個人差異轉(zhuǎn)變統(tǒng)一式教學(xué)理念,基于職業(yè)道德的需要拓展德育形式,并基于實(shí)踐需要轉(zhuǎn)變考核成績的評判方式進(jìn)行成人教育教學(xué)模式的創(chuàng)新,才能推動成人教育教學(xué)水平的有效提高。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fine division of labor in society, "professional development" has become a new topic of concern. Adult education is an important way to promote adult work and ability. What is decided by itself... Therefore, It is an inevitable starting point to discuss adult education from the perspective of career development. Then a series of discussions are made on how to use the theory of professional development to adjust the educational and teaching mode in the process of adult education. The study holds that, from the perspective of the theory of professional development, in the process of adult education, We should change the unified teaching concept based on individual differences, expand the form of moral education based on the need of professional ethics, and innovate the teaching mode of adult education based on the needs of practice. In order to promote the effective improvement of adult education teaching level.
