【摘要】：對殘疾人的內隱態(tài)度的研究隨著內隱社會認知研究發(fā)展而不斷發(fā)展。國內外研究一致表明:社會大眾對殘疾人所持的消極內隱態(tài)度普遍存在于教育、就業(yè)、醫(yī)療康復領域;這種態(tài)度對殘疾人發(fā)展不利,也造成相關工作人員更易產生職業(yè)倦怠。對殘疾的認知、殘疾人自我形象、殘疾類型以及和殘疾人的接觸是四個主要影響社會大眾對殘疾人態(tài)度的因素。
[Abstract]:The research on the implicit attitude of the disabled is developing with the development of the implicit social cognition. The research at home and abroad shows that the negative implicit attitude of the public towards the disabled generally exists in the fields of education, employment and medical rehabilitation; This attitude is not conducive to the development of the disabled, and it also makes the relevant staff more prone to job burnout. The perception of disability, the self-image of the disabled, The type of disability and the contact with the disabled are the four main factors that influence the attitude of the public towards the disabled.
