【摘要】：成人教育質量提升是新時期高等教育發(fā)展的新目標,成人高校不僅要重視學生的專業(yè)知識和理論積淀,更應重視成人學員的職業(yè)能力和個人發(fā)展。為此,成人高校應積極改革人才培養(yǎng)模式,為社會輸送更多高素質的應用型人才。本文在對布盧姆教育目標分類法和成人教育教學目標進行分析的基礎上,嘗試探究該理論對成人教育發(fā)展的啟示,并對成人教育發(fā)展提出相應的實踐指導。
[Abstract]:Adult education is to enhance the quality of the new target of the development of higher education in the new era, the accumulation of professional knowledge and theories of adult college should not only pay attention to the students, more attention should be paid to the adult students' occupation ability and personal development. Therefore, adult colleges should actively reform the training mode of talents, applied talents for the society to deliver more high-quality analysis in this paper. Based on the target of Bloom classification of education and adult education teaching goal, try to explore the theory of adult education development, and put forward some practical guidance to the development of adult education.
