【摘要】：本研究在分析工作場所學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用拓展性—限制性學(xué)習(xí)框架工作場所學(xué)習(xí)的場景特征作了區(qū)分。其中,拓展性學(xué)習(xí)是組織鼓勵、引導(dǎo)學(xué)習(xí)者不斷超越現(xiàn)有工作范圍的學(xué)習(xí),限制性學(xué)習(xí)是組織限制學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)范圍以促進(jìn)組織發(fā)展的學(xué)習(xí)。2011-2014年間,本研究選取蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)和蘇州高新區(qū)的六家制造企業(yè),采用觀察和深入訪談方法,探究新員工在公司的學(xué)習(xí)場景和學(xué)習(xí)活動。研究的企業(yè)包括大型、中型和小型公司,分屬三個特點(diǎn)不同行業(yè)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)存在三類拓展性學(xué)習(xí)形式,這些拓展性學(xué)習(xí)形式較好地整合了組織發(fā)展與個人發(fā)展。拓展性—限制性學(xué)習(xí)框架揭示了兩類不同工作場所學(xué)習(xí)模式,為我們觀察和評價組織行為提供了新的工具。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the characteristics of workplace learning, this study distinguished the workplace learning by using the extensive-restrictive learning framework, in which extended learning was encouraged by the organization. To guide learners to learn beyond their existing scope of work. Restrictive learning is to organize learners' learning to promote organizational development. During the period 2011-2014, six manufacturing enterprises in Suzhou Industrial Park and Suzhou High-Tech Zone were selected in this study. Using observational and in-depth interviews to explore the learning scenarios and activities of new employees in the company. Companies studied included large, medium and small companies, They belong to three different industries. The study found that there are three types of extended learning in enterprises. These extended learning forms better integrate organizational development and personal development. The extensive-restrictive learning framework reveals two different types of workplace learning models and provides a new tool for us to observe and evaluate organizational behavior.
