【摘要】：成人教育和普通全日制教育形式不同,成人教育沒有年齡、性別限制。其教育目的是提高成人的能力、豐富知識、增強(qiáng)技術(shù)與專業(yè)資格,從而得到全面發(fā)展,促進(jìn)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。當(dāng)前,如何進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)我國成人教育發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為廣大成人教育戰(zhàn)線工作者的一項(xiàng)難題。筆者根據(jù)自身工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),以日本為例,首先,論述了日本成人教育的特點(diǎn),其次,對其成人教育的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)及我國成人教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了一番分析,最后,指出了日本成人教育對我國成人教育發(fā)展帶來的啟示。
[Abstract]:Adult education differs from general full-time education in that there are no age or gender restrictions. The aim of adult education is to improve adult capacity, enrich knowledge and enhance technical and professional qualifications, thereby achieving full development, At present, how to further promote the development of adult education in China has become a difficult problem for the majority of adult education workers. According to my own work experience, taking Japan as an example, first of all, This paper discusses the characteristics of adult education in Japan, secondly, analyzes the basic experience of adult education and the present situation of adult education in China. Finally, it points out the enlightenment of adult education in Japan to the development of adult education in China.
