農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)績(jī)效綜合評(píng)估模型建構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:開展農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)績(jī)效評(píng)估模型研究,對(duì)推進(jìn)我國(guó)農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)事業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重大意義。當(dāng)前我國(guó)農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)評(píng)估模型主要從產(chǎn)出、因素、層次、綜合四個(gè)角度建構(gòu),取得了一些成果,但存在系統(tǒng)性不強(qiáng)、先進(jìn)性不足、適用性不夠等缺陷。基于此,提出了農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)評(píng)估模型建構(gòu)應(yīng)該遵循的四大原則,建構(gòu)了一種農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)績(jī)效綜合評(píng)估模型,并闡述了該模型的應(yīng)用策略。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to study the performance evaluation model of farmer training in our country. At present, the evaluation model of farmer training in our country is constructed from four angles of output, factors, levels and synthesis, and some achievements have been obtained. However, there are some defects, such as system is not strong, advanced nature is not enough, and applicability is not enough. Based on this, the paper puts forward four principles that should be followed in the construction of farmer training evaluation model, and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of farmer training performance. The application strategy of the model is also described.
